There are some potential summer exits lined up at Elland Road. Leeds United are set to make some changes to the first team squad before the Premier League begins. Daniel Farke and the recruitment team have already began plans for the transfer market.
Leeds chairman Paraag Marathe has ensured fans that the club will do everything possible to maintain their top flight status. That includes funding a summer transfer spree. Multiple targets have been linked with a move to the club ahead of this summer.
But there are some players who could leave in the next few months. Joe Rothwell and Manor Solomon will return to their parent clubs when their loan deals are up. Solomon has said he is open to a move to Leeds, but recent reports have revealed that another club have joined the race.
Josuha Guilavogui, Sam Byram and Junior Firpo are also set to leave when their contracts expire this summer.

Firpo has been in the news all season; the 28-year old has avoided speculation over his future for most of the campaign. A recent report linked him with a return to his former club Real Betis, in Spain. However, during the title celebrations, Junior Firpo was seen on Instagram Live asking club Chairman Paraag Marathe to ”send him a new contract”.
TBR Football have reported that a whole host of clubs have lined up to sign Junior Firpo this summer. The 28-year old is set t become a free agent, and is thus open to speak to these teams. Everton, Crystal Palace and West Ham are said to be among the teams in England that have made contact with the defender’s representatives.

Leeds are at a disadvantage now. Failing to push the player to sign a new deal now looks set to backfire. European clubs are now interested, many of whom will offer more money to sign Firpo, whose stock has risen this season. He had 10 assists and four goals in the Championship – Manor Solomon was the only other Leeds player with more assists. This situation looks like it has gone from bad to worse for the club.
