Leeds United had to let go of a lot of players this summer, as fans knew would happen before they reached the Premier League. And after bringing in 10 signings over the window, the club needed to make space for these new players.
Daniel Farke also had some say in who was part of his plans for this season. Ahead of the training camp in Germany, the Leeds boss made some big decisions including dropping Patrick Bamford, and choosing to reinstate Jack Harrison in his plans.
This ultimately meant that promising winger Largie Ramazani, who barely got any chances last season, had to find another club to allow him to play more.

Largie Ramazani made an exciting start to life at Valencia. He provided an assist in his first game after coming off the bench. His teammate Diego Lopez spoke highly of the Leeds loanee and his start to the season.
“The transfer window has been very good; we’ve added players up front who can contribute a lot, which is great news”
“Having so many talented players is good because it creates competition.
“We’re all happy. I see the team as being in very good shape. [Arnaut] Danjuma is incredible with his 1-v-1 and quick shot.
“Ramazani is electric, very skilled. Everyone is going to contribute a lot; they have real talent.”
What is Leeds’ plan for Ramazani?
When Leeds United managing director Robbie Evans was questioned about the future of Largie Ramazani at the club, he had some interesting things to say. According to him, the club consider him very much part of their future.
”Largie and Mateo, are both wildly talented players who need the minutes, and Largie also has no buy option, because we insisted we have the option to bring him back to the club. So again, Largie was not getting the minutes he needed last season.
”This year, we’ve added Jack [Harrison] and Noah Okafor so for him to get the minutes he needs, he’s better off playing in Spain, and he’s being coached by someone that we know and trust, and we hope that’s good for him, and that his future is open here, if that’s the right thing for him and for the club.”
