Noak Okafor is set to arrive at Leeds United in the coming hours. He will become the club’s ninth summer signing, the Whites have done some serious transfer business in this window.
Daniel Farke and the recruitment team have gotten some deals spot on. In Monday night’s game, Gabriel Gudmundsson and Anton Stach showed their quality. Leeds focused on quality players from top clubs in Europe, knowing they could perform at very high levels. Stach especially was brilliant in midfield, a huge reason why Farke called him a ‘dream’ signing:
“I’m excited about all of our signings, but with Anton, of course, there’s a special importance,” Farke stated.
“He’s a proven player, mentally strong, intelligent, understands the game, and brings the physicality we need.
“He’s also very good on the ball, a pretty complex player overall, and honestly, one of my dream signings for this season.”

After a recent dressing room bust up over the weekend, Marseille placed Jonathan Rowe on the transfer list. Roberto De Zerbi decided this after the winger got into a scuffle with midfielder Adrien Rabiot.
But it did not take long for the England U21 star to find a new club. FourFourTwo are reporting that he has agreed to move to Serie A side Bologna for £17million this summer.
Leeds could sign new attacking midfielder after Noah Okafor
A deal for Noah Okafor could be completed soon, but it looks like he will not be the only attacker added before the window closes. Beren Cross believes that Leeds could be in the market for an attacking midfielder. Gus Hamer and Emi Buendia are already on the list, with Bilal El Khannouss and Facundo Buonanotte as other options.
“Never rule out another striker, but the direction of travel, as of this morning, seemed to suggest those three roles have the biggest chance of happening.
“James Justin and Noah Okafor, you will have read about. [Facundo] Buonanotte, [Bilal] El Khannouss, [Gus] Hamer, [Emi] Buendia and multiple others have been mentioned as 10 options.”
Farke could be looking for that midfielder who could create a spark in the middle of the park.
