It is set to be a hectic week for clubs across England including Leeds United. Many teams will be fighting to wrap up their transfer business before the deadline closes next Monday.

According to reports in Spain, Leeds are already negotiating a deal to send Largie Ramazani out on loan to Valencia. The forward was dropped from the squad to face Arsenal, and could move this week. As for arrivals, Daniel Farke has made it clear that the team needs reinforcements in some areas.

Reports suggest a fullback, one midfielder and an attacker or two could make their way to Elland Road before the end of the week.

As of last week, it looks like Leeds United had been ruled out of the race for Leicester City star Bilal El Khannouss, but the latest development brings a last bit of hope. Heading into the final days of the transfer window, Sacha Tavolieri has reported that the deal between Palace and Leicester is currently on hold.

Negotiations have reportedly been complicated despite the initial agreement. In all this, the midfielder has made it clear that he wants to leave Foxes before the window closes.

Leeds United are yet to submit an official proposal for the attacking midfielder.

Could the Whites pull off a deal?

It is not impossible, but it would mainly depend on the ambition of the club. Leeds were one of the first teams to enquire about the player, and are quite clearly big fans of him. Daniel Farke is also said to be looking for creative midfielder – a role El Khannouss is perfect for.

If Leeds really want to show their fans that they are serious about this season, they make a bid to hijack the transfer this week. As seen in the Arsenal game, this team’s attack is crying out for a bit of quality.
