Leeds United are pushing to bring in more quality into their squad before the transfer window closes on Monday night. The club are aiming to bring in at least one more signing, even if manager Daniel Farke wants to add two more attacking players in the coming days.
The Whites are in advanced negotiations with Brighton for the signature of attacking midfielder Facundo Buonanotte on a season-long loan deal. He had offers from top European clubs, but he chose Leeds and is set to undergo a medical today ahead of finalising his move to Elland Road.
Buonanotte is set to be the 11th signing of the summer, but could also be the last at Leeds in the ongoing window. The club may have to sanction a sale late in the window to fund a move for a 12th new recruit.
However, Farke has been keen to bring in at least two attacking signings in the final days of the window, and signing a striker is still on his agenda ahead of the window closing on Monday night.
Can you name these 10 former Leeds United defenders?
Leeds United target Aleksandar Mitrovic has gone unregistered by Al Hilal

Aleksandar Mitrovic has bags of Premier League experience and scored 14 goals in his last season in the English top flight with Fulham before leaving for Saudi Arabia.
He has been prolific for Al Hilal over the last two years, but the club have been keen to move him on since signing Darwin Nunez from Liverpool this summer.
The striker would be open to a move back to the Premier League, and Leeds are among the clubs that have shown a serious interest in the striker in the ongoing window.
And according to Goal Brazil, Al Hilal have not registered the striker ahead of the start of the Saudi Pro League.
Mitrovic e Marcos Leonardo não foram inscritos pelo Al Hilal para a disputa do Campeonato Saudita.

The club are actively looking to push him out, and time is running out for Mitrovic if he wants to return to England in the ongoing transfer window.
Birmingham City are also interested in Mitrovic, and it remains to be seen whether Leeds make a play for the Serbian striker in the next couple of days.
Wages will be a huge problem
Mitrovic is keen to return to England, and he would be a fantastic signing for Leeds, given his experience in the Premier League.
However, he is on a contract worth £400,000 per week at Al Hilal, and even if he agrees to take a 75 percent drop in his wages, he would be the highest earner at Elland Road.
Leeds will also have to sell someone if they want to sign a striker, and signing Mitrovic would be too complicated a deal to finalise in the final days of the transfer window.
