Early this summer, Leeds United had multiple Premier League targets listed. But so far, the club have been busy signing players in other European leagues.
Initially Leeds had been linked with moves for Jamie Vardy and Callum Wilson, but so far the links have died down. Internally, there was a belief that the club would add some much needed experience by signing players who have played in the Premier League.
But so far, the only attacking option the club have signed is Lukas Nmecha. The German forward will join as a free agent at the end of the month. Daniel Farke reportedly has a key role for the 26-year old next season.

After Nmecha, reports have indicated that Leeds will sign another center forward. Lecce’s Nikola Krstovic is the main target, with the Whites trying to convince the player to agree to personal terms.
It looks like Leeds have figured out another potential option up front. According to Mark Douglas of the iPaper, the Whites are one of the clubs that have registered an interest in Dominic Calvert-Lewin. The England star is out of contract later this month, and the report claims that Leeds have already ‘made contact’ with the player and his representatives.
Calvert-Lewin’s future was evident when David Moyes said that he would make the final decision on the striker’s contract:
“…They’ll have their own thoughts about how he’s done over the years. I’ll be the one who makes the final decision, but Dom is the one who has to show us he can be robust, he can be fit to play.
Leeds should give a chance to Calvert-Lewin
His injury problems would be a huge worry, but getting a player with 70 career goals for the Toffees would be a steal. Calvert-Lewin would come with Premier League experience.

Add the fact that he has had solid numbers before his injuries began, this move could be a risk Leeds could take.
