Leeds midfielder Brenden Aaronson has completed a loan move to Union Berlin.

Leeds United midfielder Brenden Aaronson joined Union Berlin on loan until the end of the 2023/24 season, confirmed by the club today.

The 22-year-old USMNT player made 40 appearances for the Whites last season, in all competitions, scoring two goals and providing 3 assists. Aaronson joined from Red Bull Salzburg in the summer of 2022 in a deal worth around €30million.

The midfielder will play European football with Union after they finished in the top four in the Bundesliga last season. Aaronson still has four years remaining on his current deal at Elland Road.
