Burnley’s win on Friday night meant that Leeds had to respond on Saturday. It was not an easy game facing a difficult opponent in the early kick-off, but the Whites managed to navigate it. Jayden Bogle popped up with a crucial goal to seal the result early in the game.
Elsewhere, results benefitted the Whites in a big way. Sheffield United dropped points to bottom placed Plymouth. Two late goals from the pilgrims stunned the Blades on Saturday.
