Sunday evening may have been miserable for Leeds United as they fell 3-0 to Liverpool, but one positive from the game is that Dan James has made his debut for the club.
James was a second half substitute, replacing Jack Harrison on the left side of midfield and looked bright but ultimately couldn’t influence the game all that much. The Welshman took to Instagram to describe the feeling of making his Leeds United debut.

“Proud to make my debut for @leedsunited yesterday” James wrote. “Onwards and upwards! I would also like to send my best wishes to @harveyelliott07!” James showed a touch of class by wishing Harvey Elliott well following his tragic injury following a challenge from Pascal Struijk.
We hope that James can have a real impact on the team soon, hopefully in the Friday night with Newcastle United.
