The aftermath of the Leeds United game on Saturday has shown that the club are not quite there yet when it comes to matching quality on that level. However, they have a big chance this week to close the gap before the deadline.
In the press conference before the Arsenal game, Daniel Farke was insistent that business was not done and that the club would be looking to make a few more additions. With so many shuffling pieces in the Leeds attack these past few weeks, there will definitely be someone coming through the door before next Monday’s deadline.
According to reports, Largie Ramazani is being sent out on loan to Valencia in Spain, which opens the door for another attacker.

Leeds United could make four new signings

According to Pete O’Rourke, Leeds could make up to four additions to the team before the window closes. The club have already discussed adding one or two in attack, and cover at right back.
“Daniel Farke would like to bring in an attacking midfielder, somebody who can add goals from midfield – that’s one area of the team he’d like to strengthen“, he told Football Insider.
“Maybe a winger as well, to provide the creativity Leeds are going to need if they’re to score goals in the Premier League, and give themselves a real chance of staying up this season.
“Add potential cover at full-back, somebody to provide cover for Jayden Bogle at right-back and also potentially a left-back as well.
“So, Leeds will be looking to make a few more additions to their squad before the close of the window.”
Four new players could mean more exits
If the news is close to being true, then Leeds could see further exits outside Largie Ramazani. A few players will have to be moved in order to create space in the squad, while some would need to be sold to balance the books for PSR reasons.
