Daniel Farke says the thing he was most pleased about after Leeds 3-0 win over Watford was the clean sheet.
The Whites made it four consecutive clean sheets after todays results. A serious turnaround from earlier this season when Leeds were conceding a lot of chances.
Goals from Jaidon Anthony, Joel Piroe and Sam Byram were enough to give Leeds the win in front of their home crowd at Elland Road. Farke says he was very pleased that his team did not concede on the day:
“Clean sheet. That we’re allowed to return to the dressing room with a clean sheet is the most pleasing topic. But obviously, a great performance. In the second half we were able to convert our dominance.”
The Whites are away to Southampton next weekend, with both sides in contrasting form: Leeds are unbeaten in their last four while the Saints are yet to record a win since August.
