Daniel Farke welcomed back all his players who were called up for the international break with zero injuries. Brenden Aaronson was the only one who missed a game due to illness. Leeds had some solid performances during the break, Joe Rodon and Mateo Joseph earned plaudits for their countries.
Leeds United found out on Saturday night, that they hade the best chance of climbing to the top of the table. Just a few weeks ago, a win over Millwall during midweek could have sent Daniel Farke’s men top of the table, but they suffered a shock defeat. Before the game, Swansea had only lost one championship game at their home.
They made no mistake this time around, as they beat the Swans 4-3 away from home. Manor Solomon was on the scoresheet twice, and Wilfried Gnonto popped up with a late winner to secure all three points.
