Daniel Farke is set to unleash a Leeds United star after the international break to fix the problems in their forward line and hopefully add more attacking flair to the team.
Leeds United have made a steady start to life back in the Premier League, but they have a few issues to sort out. Wilfried Gnonto and Daniel James’ injuries have left Farke short of options in the final third and limited his ability to change things up.
Brenden Aaronson has continued to operate on the right flank; while his tireless work ethic and willingness to run are impressive, his decision-making in the final third remains inconsistent.
The Leeds manager may have to rely on a player who never meant to stay at Leeds this summer and has struggled to win back the Whites faithful
Daniel Farke is set to unleash Leeds United star Jack Harrison after the break

Harrison spent the last two seasons on loan at Everton and had no plans to return to Elland Road. However, the Toffees refused to sign him on a permanent deal and the winger stayed put at Leeds.
The winger put his head down, worked hard and earned the faith of Farke and his teammates. During pre-season, the Leeds boss admitted that Harrison would have to face the fans in the same way after the supporters jeered him.
Farke has used the 28-year-old forward from the bench in the Premier League this season, but indicated that the player is close to returning to the starting eleven.
With James and Gnonto sidelined, Farke has a real opportunity to unleash Harrison in the starting eleven after the international break.
He is more of an attacking threat than Aaronson and can operate on either flank if the Leeds boss wants some unpredictability in the final third.
Harrison is itching to get a start for Leeds again, and after the international break could be the ideal time to add one more chapter to his comeback story at Elland Road.
Harrison needs to repay the faith shown by Farke
It would have been easier for Farke to discard Harrison, something that would have been far more popular with the fanbase than what he actually did.
Many fans rejected the Leeds boss’ decision to reintegrate the winger into the squad and never forgave him for running away after the Whites’ 2023 relegation.
Harrison deserves credit for being a complete professional behind the scenes and working hard to regain the trust of the manager and his Leeds teammates.
However, the Leeds manager could have easily done what he did with Patrick Bamford and left Harrison to fend for himself and find a new club in the summer.
If he gets his opportunity after the break, the winger will be under pressure to justify Farke’s faith in him, and he must repay the manager with strong performances.
