Leeds United seem to be quickly addressing some gaps in the squad early in the transfer window. So far, the Whites have made just one permanent addition to the squad.
Lukas Nmecha was announced on Sunday, as he signed as a free transfer from Wolfsburg. He will officially join next month at the end of his Wolfsburg contract. Daniel Farke addressed the striker’s position with one huge signing this summer. And with Max Wober revealed that he has been told to leave, a new defender could arrive in the coming days.
And looking at the club’s plans, other areas of the teams will also be addressed soon.

The fullback position now looks a bit thin; there has been no update on the future of Sam Byram, and Junior Firpo is set to sign a contract in Spain.
TEAMtalk are now reporting that Daniel Farke could address by signing Max Aarons. The Bournemouth defender could be available for £12million this summer. Aarons fell out of favour with the Cherries boss, and was sent out on loan to La Liga. The 25-year old worked under Farke when they were both at Norwich City.
Leeds really need some fullback depth
With the pending departure of Junior Firpo, the fullback position in the Leeds squad will be very thin. There is also no news on Sam Byram and his contract talks. So at this point in time, the club is without two fullbacks from last season.
Isaac Schmidt and Jayden Bogle remain the only senior fullbacks in the team heading into pre-season. Hopefully the club can work out a deal for Max Aarons. The Bournemouth man would be a great addition, as he can play on both flanks and even further forward.
