Leeds United have had a good start to the season, with seven points from five games so far. Last weekend proved Daniel Farke right, with his comments after the Wolves game.
He said that the narrative at Elland Road changes each week with the result. And he has a great point; after the loss at Fulham, it was all doom and gloom. Many had no hope in the Leeds attack to score the next weekend. But after this Saturday’s huge win over Wolves, the narrative has shifted.
Up next for Daniel Farke’s men is a stubborn Bournemouth side who have not lost a league game since the start of the season.

Former Premier League player Danny Murphy still thinks Leeds lack the firepower to keep them up this season. The Whites only managed to score from open play in the fifth league game of the season. The game against Wolves was the first time this season the club has scored more than one goal.
Speaking on talkSPORT’s White & Jordan show, Danny Murphy said:
“I think the biggest problem for Burnley and Leeds is firepower.
“I agree with what we talked about earlier. I think all the newly promoted sides doing well is great for the Premier League.
“I’d like to see them all stay up, actually. But I don’t think it’ll be the case.
“Burnley struggled in front of goal. Leeds had only scored one, and that was a penalty, until Wolves kept giving them goals the other day.
“I like Leeds. Calvert-Lewin is a handful; that’s a great goal he got.”
Club will have to look to Dominic Calvert-Lewin
It is fitting that the former Everton striker scored the first open play goal of the season. Leeds’ hopes will depend on Calvert-Lewin staying fit and being consistent on the pitch. Daniel Farke has already mentioned how important the England international will be in the club’s plans this season. Leeds have spent a lot on him and will hope the deal for him pans out after they missed out on making proper investment in the attack.
