MLS side DC United have announced the signing of Leeds midfielder Mateusz Klich.
The 32-year old was on his way out of the club after failing to secure a place in the team under Jesse Marsch. Klich was also wanted by clubs in Belgium and Italy but ultimately he chose the MLS. The polish midfielder failed to start a Premier League game this season.

“Mateusz is a first-rate midfielder who will add top-level experience to our roster,” Wayne Rooney, D.C. United Head Coach, said. “I’ve been watching him since he helped lead Leeds to promotion to the Premier League and his vision, range of passing, and scoring ability will be a huge asset for us this season.”
