Leeds United have done a decent job in the transfer market so far. Recruitment has addressed some key areas within the squad.
The Whites have targeted players from Europe’s top clubs for low-cost fees. Many expected Leeds to go after Premier League players after being linked with some big names like Jamie Vardy and Callum Wilson.
According to Graeme Bailey, the club are looking at the free agent market this couple of weeks:
“Leeds aren’t panicking, they’re letting the market come to them.
“They’re one of the teams that’s held talks with Dominic Calvert-Lewin, and they’ve talked to Callum Wilson at various points this summer too.”
Leeds have shown they are flexible when it comes to transfers this summer, but they scrutinize the available targets before a move is made.

Former Liverpool star not worth the move
With Anton Stach and Sean Longstaff arriving, Leeds have all the midfield depth they could need. Two players with unique skillsets suited to the Premier League.
There is no point in holding interest in Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. He is old, injury prone and coming off a bad season in Turkey. Not to mention his possible wages. Leeds are better off without making such a signing.
