Fabian Delph has been told he can leave Everton.
Carlo Ancelotti is carrying out a major squad overhaul at Goodison Park and the former England midfielder is one of those deemed surplus to requirements.
Delph joined the Toffees ahead of last season but has struggled to make a big impact at the club.
The arrivals of Allan and James Rodriquez has pushed him further down the pecking order, and Everton are now willing to listen to offers of around £4m for the 30-year-old – less than half of what they paid for him 18 months ago.
Delph has a wealth of experience having come through the academy at Leeds United, before signing for Aston Villa where he made 112 appearances.
He joined Manchester City in 2015 and would go on to win two Premier League titles, while also cementing himself as a regular in the England squad.
Injuries have hampered Delph’s career though and after falling out of favour with Pep Guardiola, he moved to Everton and has made 16 appearances for the Merseyside club.
It’s unknown yet whether any teams have made an offer for the Bradford-born midfielder, but Burnley are rumoured to be interested.
Sean Dyche is looking to bolster his midfield after losing Jeff Hendrick at the end of last season.

Fabian Delph has played in the Premier League since 2009.
Delph, who has played a career total of 302 games, is likely to be a target for several of the bottom half Premier League clubs.
