A former Leeds United player has been the subject of transfer interest from Napoli recently.
Unfortunately for Leeds supporters, they have had to see many talented players leave over the years, and Daniel Farke’s reign at Elland Road has been no different.
Archie Gray and Georginio Rutter are just a few of the names who have departed West Yorkshire in recent years, with the pair’s exits being a bitter blow for United fans.
However, another player who also recently left the Whites could be on the move yet again, with Napoli reportedly interested in securing his services.
Crysencio Summerville linked with sensational Serie A move
Summerville, 24, only left Leeds to join West Ham in the summer of 2024, but the winger could soon be on the move again.
According to a report from journalist Sebastien Vidal on X, Napoli have approached those close to the Dutch winger regarding a potential move, with West Ham not ruling out a potential deal.
However, the transfer fee of around £25.9million being floated around Summerville by the Italian outfit is said to be well below the current value of the former Leeds star.
With West Ham being direct relegation rivals to Leeds during the current Premier League campaign, hopefully, this transfer talk is enough to unsettle the player for the remainder of the run-in.

Data suggests Crysencio Summerville has been impressive this season
At first, Leeds looked as though they got the last laugh as Summerville initially struggled after his £25million move to East London, but now the winger looks to have fully settled and is currently thriving in the Premier League.
From a Leeds perspective, their former player has hit form at just the wrong time, with the Dutchman effectively instigating the West Ham revival in recent weeks.
- Summerville has scored five goals and provided one assist in 24 Premier League appearances so far this season
- In his last 11 games in all competitions, he has found the back of the net on seven occasions
- Summerville’s upturn in form has contributed to West Ham suffering just two defeats in their last eight Premier League games (Sofascore)
However, with Summerville recently sustaining an injury, his exceptional run of form could be cut short, which in turn could result in West Ham being relegated from the Premier League.
