Gray was one of the scorers in the National League Cup final win. The youngster was with the first team on Monday night. He also made the squad against Stoke City, and made his first team debut in the 6-0 win. There are high hopes for the youngster at the club, and he is expected to follow in the footsteps of his older brother Archie Gray.

Following the cup win, Harry Gray mentioned that he is keen on being in the first team in the Premier League next season:

“Yeah, I’m enjoying it. It’s been a good week to be honest. I just want more, I want to keep scoring goals but hopefully in the first team next year, prove myself.” he told LUTV.

Gray was unlucky not to be involved with the first team earlier this season as he had a back problem.

Gray could be the future of the club

It is early doors, but Harry Gray is already earning a lot of plaudits. According to reports, Tottenham are keeping an eye on the teenager as they plan a move in the future. Leeds need to do everything possible to keep him at the club. It has been a good feeling at Elland Road over the past few years as the club’s youngsters have grown to be a huge part of the first team.
