Huge update as Leeds United plan move for £15M star

Leeds United are still pushing to land a few deals before the transfer window closes. The Whites have now added a new striker in Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

It was not a surprise that they ended up with him; according to reports, the Everton man was not the club’s top priority. Leeds turned to the 28-year old after moving on from a deal for Fulham star Rodrigo Muniz. Daniel Farke said in Friday’s press conference that a few more signings could follow.

Another wide player could be on the cards, after Farke complained that the club had failed to replace Manor Solomon. The Spurs star played a huge role last season, helping the club to lift the Championship.

QUIZ: Can you name the team Leeds United signed these players from?

The Athletic linked Leeds with a move for AC Milan forward Noah Okafor this week. The report came days after both sides met in a pre-season friendly. Since then, there have been no updates on a move, only that the Whites have him on their radar.

Journalist Matteo Moretto have an update on the situation involving Leeds and Okafor. According to him, there are no concrete negotiations, and nothing has been agreed.

How much AC Milan want for Noah Okafor

Another report from Italy has confirmed how much Leeds could need to sign the Switzerland international. Per Antonio Vittiello, Okafor is available for sale this summer, but only on a permanent deal. The 24-year old has a price tag that is said to be in excess of £10million this summer.

The figure could be even closer to £15million, after Milan rejected a recent bid from Bologna.
