Leeds United have been linked with multiple Southampton players this summer. Some reports claim a deal could be made between both sides during this window.
One of the main names linked with a move to Elland Road is Aaron Ramsdale. Leeds United are keen to find a replacement for Illan Meslier, and the England star looks like a great fit. However, Ramsdale remains on a shortlist and no actual move has been made yet.
More recently, Shea Charles has also been linked with a move to the Whites. But it looks like he would be an expensive signing.

The Whites have been previously linked with a move for Mateus Fernandes. No official approach has been made yet, but the last update indicated that the Saints would demand more than the reported £30million fee.
Ian Darke believes that if Leeds do pursue a move for Fernandes, they would have to offer him some huge wages to convince him to sign:
“Only if they offer more money I think and line his pocket better.” he told MOT Leeds News.
“If you are him and I think Fernandes, he shone in a very bad Southampton team, I was quite impressed with him despite all the problems they had.
“When you watched them play, he was working his socks off, trying to make stuff happen but he just wasn’t getting much response from most of the players around him.
“I can see why people might want to pick him up, the club is going down but I don’t think he is, he is staying in the Premier League, it is just a question of where?
Darke also adds that convincing the midfielder to join the Whites instead of a more established team will be difficult.
“He might look at somewhere like Villa and Palace and think I am just going to be in the squad there, am I going to make the eleven there?
“That might be the selling point for Leeds to get him, would he be a good signing, yes.”
Fernandes offers a dynamic option in midfield
The current options at the club are more defensive minded players, and others who are good on the ball. What Fernandes offers is far different. He offers dynamism and a more attacking upside. He can play in a variety of roles and get some goals and assists when needed. The Brazilian is the exact type of player Daniel Farke has been crying out for since last year.
