Daniel Farke made the bold decision to include Jack Harrison in his plans for this season. The Leeds United winger returned from his loan at Everton this summer.
He had spent the last two seasons on loan with the toffees, avoiding playing a single minute with the Whites in the Championship. When the summer came around, many Leeds fans expected him to leave the club. But in a strange turn of events, Harrison joined camp in pre season.
The winger eventually made the final Premier League squad for this season.

Harrison has failed to make an impact on the team this season, with most of his appearances limited to cameos off the bench. It looks like the winger has slid to the bottom of the pecking order, after Brenden Aaronson was trusted with a spot on the right wing in the last few games.
With Aaronson and Noah Okafor stepping up in the last few games, many have questioned Jack Harrison’s impact on the team. Daniel Farke answered suggestions that the winger is under pressure to perform:
“You can speak out pressure but it’s also possibilities, I am pleased with his performances, Noah Okafor also good performances.
“I am pleased with my options on this side, Brenden Aaronson has also delivered really good performances.
“Overall my offensive players have stepped up, we have scored five goals in the last two games, should have scored more.”
Leeds had scored just one goal from open play before the Wolves game, and have gone on to score five goals in their last two since then.
Leeds forward could be called upon this weekend
Leeds United could go into this weekend’s game against Spurs with a number of first team players out. Especially in attack, the Whites will be without Dan James who has been ruled out for weeks with an ankle injury.
Wilfried Gnonto is also a huge doubt with a calf strain, but Farke has confirmed that he could be back next week. Harry Gray is also a doubt with a hip problem. That means if Leeds stick with the same front three from the Bournemouth game, Harrison, Piroe and Nmecha will be the only attacking options on the bench.
