To the delight of Leeds United fans, despite currently being four points behind Sunderland in third place, ChatGPT believe Leeds United will not only get promoted but will win the league.

They will be joined by West Brom according to the AI service, despite the fact they are are currently 7th. The current top two, Sunderland and Sheffield United are expected to drop down to the bottom play-off spots with Burnley just missing out on promotion in third with Watford backed to finish fourth.

Millwall are expected to be the side to drop out of the current top six. Here is the top six in full:

1. Leeds United – Dominant performances likely to see them secure automatic promotion.

2. West Bromwich Albion – Strong attack, should finish high up and earn the second promotion spot.

3. Burnley – Consistent form puts them in playoff contention.

4. Watford – Likely to end the season in a playoff spot due to a balanced squad.

5. Sunderland – Should maintain playoff contention with their home form.

6. Sheffield United – Capable squad, expected to sneak into the playoffs.

We then asked ChatGPT to simulate the play-offs. According to the AI service, Burnley will comfortably beat Sheffield United over two legs drawing 1-1 at Bramall Lane before cruising to Wembley with a 2-0 win.

Watford will then join them according to ChatGPT losing 2-1 to Sunderland at first before winning on penalties at home after a 1-0 win. Nonetheless, they would suffer the heartbreak Leeds United faced last year losing 2-1 to Burnley.
