Leeds United set to finalise Largie Ramazani’s exit
Valencia have been in talks with Leeds over a deal to sign the winger on loan, and the negotiations have been progressing smoothly towards a positive conclusion.
The player is expected to join Valencia before the September 1st transfer deadline, and it is going to be a simple loan deal with no buy option.
According to Spanish sports daily AS, the two clubs have reached an agreement in principle for Ramazani’s proposed loan move to Valencia.
The two clubs are finalising the details of the deal, and the winger is expected to travel to Spain soon to undergo a medical ahead of joining the Spanish club.
Valencia play Getafe on Friday night, and coach Carlos Corberan wants Ramazani in his squad for the game in a few days.
The club are pushing to finalise the terms of the deal and register him with La Liga in time for him to be in the squad against Getafe at the end of the week.
Farke wants a replacement for Ramazani
Ramazani never really earned Farke’s trust since last season and was down the pecking order of wingers in the squad this year.
Noah Okafor’s arrival last week sealed his fate, and he is now on the verge of joining Valencia on loan for the rest of the 2025/26 campaign.
However, one of the reasons Leeds are keen to move him on is because Farke wants a replacement who can be an upgrade on Ramazani in the squad.
