During the summer training camp this summer, Daniel Farke made some key calls concerning the Leeds United squad. Many of those who made the list for the trip to Germany have been the major players in the Premier League squad this season.
It was during this pre-season that the Whites broke the news to Patrick Bamford that he would not have a part to play in the team this season. This came as a shock to most fans, as they expected the veteran striker to remain a locker room presence. Bamford left Leeds after both parties came to an agreement to terminate his contract.
One of the other controversial decisions was keeping Jack Harrison with the team. Many fans were disgruntled after the news, but Farke’s explanation was that the team need as much top flight experience as they could get.

This international break has afforded some Leeds players the chance to rest and train towards the coming weeks. Some others who were injured are also recovering with the team. Noah Okafor has been spotted working on his fitness away from Thorp Arch, and now Jack Harrison has also been spotted putting in some personal work of his own.

The winger posted on Instagram that he is working with Ethan Sonis. The trainer has worked with big names like AC Milan winger Rafael Leao. Many Leeds fans seem to be praising the winger for his work ethic in the comments.

Despite Fark being the one who pushed to keep him around the team, Harrison is yet to start a game this season. He has featured for 130 Premier League minutes mostly off the bench. But the results have not been spectacular.

The winger is yet to create a big chance, or score a goal. Harrison is also struggling to get shots off and even cross the ball. He could play a huge part as the season goes on, but for now, Daniel Farke’s decision is not looking like a great one.
