According to Phil Hay, Leeds forward Jack Harrison is one of the names already on their way out of the club this summer.

Harrison was the subject of interest from Newcastle and Leicester City over the past year. The forward reportedly even travelled to the Midlands to complete a £20million transfer to the Foxes before Leeds pulled the plug. The 26-year old eventually signed a 5-year deal to keep him at the club till 2028.

However, he is the subject of interest from Everton who are keen to sign him this summer. Phil Hay believes Leeds will have a hard time convincing the Englishman to stay at Elland Road this season:

“I think the odds probably say that Harrison will get an offer that Leeds had to take at some point. Perhaps not but that’s kind of how it feels it is.” Hay said on The Square Ball podcast.

“There are clubs looking at him like Everton and others. But [Willy] Gnonto’s there and Dan James will be back next week to train and could be involved this season. Could actually be quite handy in the Championship.”
