Leeds considering Rangers midfielder – Graham Smyth

Leeds United are considering making a move for Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara.

A potential move for midfielder Glen Kamara is being discussed by Leeds United, according to journalist Graham Smyth. After losing Marc Roca, and Adam Forshaw, the club is looking to add an extra body to midfield.

Smyth says the Finland international is on Leeds’ shortlist this summer:

“Glen Kamara is one that they have considered Leeds, and that feels very doable and it feels very sensible. I don’t absolutely love Glen Kamara because I don’t think he’s 100% consistently dominant in games. Sometimes you just want a midfielder to run the show, sometimes he does it and sometimes he doesn’t,” he said on Inside Elland Road podcast.

Kamara comes with a wealth of experience; having played over 118 games for Rangers, including winning the Scottish Premiership and Scottish Cup. He has also been to a Europa League final. The 27-year old was named Finnish Footballer of the Year for 2022.

Can’t get a game in a mediocre RANGERS TEAM.
So the stories are Leeds want a non functioning player.
That’s not going to help Leeds get back to the Premier league, it could aid their decline even further.
