Leeds boss Daniel Farke has praised Georginio Rutter, giving positive criticism on how the forward can improve his game.
The 21-year old Frenchman has started this season brightly, scoring two goals and providing an assist. His recent displays with new strike partner Joel Piroe has shown signs of Leeds having a potent attack this season. Daniel Farke says he is pleased with the forward so far:
“To be honest, he works unbelievably hard. Sometimes he can go for a bit easier solution, was also second tough situation when he played to counter and he played a bit with the back heel and sometimes also take one touch too much and instead of finding Cree with a tiny little pass. Sometimes he plays a bit too difficult but it’s also due to his youth, to play a bit more pragmatic, it comes by experience.”
Farke also praised the Frenchman’s ability to drop deep and link up play to create for the team.
“Apart from this how good he is and linking the play, how good he is in creating chances and working for the team. Many areas, I’m pretty pleased with him. Yes to put the clear cut chances away and this is the topic, the first half obviously I would have preferred that he got the first goal. But apart from this, I think he’s done a really good job.”
Farke will turn him into a beast!
