Heading into the summer, Leeds United are braced to lose some players. Even if the club manages to secure Premier League football, there are already clubs planning moves for their first teams stars.
One of the first players rumoured to leave is Illan Meslier. The French stopper has had a difficult time over the past month. After a decent season in goal, a series of errors brought him under scrutiny from fans again. His two errors that cost Leeds precious points against Swansea City were enough.
Daniel Farke has since benched him for Karl Darlow, and Leeds have conceded just two goals since then.

Meslier has been linked with a move back to France this summer. Daniel Farke and Leeds are in the market for a replacement, Aaron Ramsdale and Sam Johnstone have been linked with moves to Elland Road recently.
Leeds are braced to lose young defender Kris Moore this summer. According to Alan Nixon, Crewe Alexandra are keen on signing the 21-year old. The report claims that the Whites are eager to get the deal across the line, and that a deal for Moore could be confirmed in the coming months.
Kris Moore is yet to play a senior competitive league match for the club, but was highly rated by former coach Michael Skubala.
Big blow for the club’s youth team
Heading up to the Premier League could mean the squad is reshaped, and players sold. And with the club already targeting top quality first team stars, there is a high chance that promising talents are sold. Because of how demanding this season has been, Daniel Farke did not get a lot of chances to play the club’s youngsters.
This summer could see a host of them leave in search of first team football.
