Leeds United are doing it tough with injuries yet again and their latest injury is a really disappointing blow for the club.
In the game against Watford, Leeds started excellently storming 2-0 up after seven minutes on their way to a 2-1 win. They started so well thanks to the performances of their attacking players, especially Largie Ramazani who scored the opener after four minutes.
But their positive start was suddenly halted by an injury to Ramazani as he limped off with an ankle injury. The rest if the game would highlight how big of a loss he would be as Leeds struggled to rediscover the pace at which they were previously playing at and this would only be reinforced in their next game against Bristol City.
Without Ramazani, Leeds struggled to find a cutting edge and succumbed to a 0-0 draw which meant they fell five points behind leaders Sunderland and missed an opportunity to leapfrog Burnley into the all important second place.
Making matters worse, it was then confirmed he would miss four to six weeks with ligament damage. The first 1.8 games of his absences have highlighted how important a good winger is and Leeds are reportedly interested in another.

As reported by the Yorkshire Post, Leeds United, Tottenham Hotspurs and Sheffield United are three clubs circling an exciting young winger and considering a transfer.
The three clubs are said to be monitoring Hammarby winger Bazoumana Toure. The 18-year-old is a left-sided forward and is already a frequent starter making 21 appearances in 2024.
Impressively, the teenager scored nine goals and four assists in those games scoring or assisting in virtually every 0.66 games, or two out of every three games on average.
The Boot Room have claimed that Leeds and the Blades Sheffield United both watched him over the weekend, with Spurs also known to be interested.
Newcastle United, Aston Villa and Celtic are also reportedly interested in the winger who has also represented Ivory Coast at Under 20s level. Leeds have experience making stars out of players from outside Europe’s traditionally big clubs such as with Willy Gnonto.
