The season is not over yet, but Leeds United already have their eye on the future. The club have not guaranteed safety yet, but the 49ers have already began plans ahead of the summer.

A lot of decisions will need to be made, with what happens in the Premier League going to be crucial. Club chiefs know that they will have to buy and sell when the summer window comes around. Reports claim that the ownership are ready to offer £100 million for transfers when the transfer window opens.

Other deals a decision will be made on is the future of loan players like Largie Ramazani and Mateo Joseph.

Leeds United still keen on Troy Parrott move

It has been no surprise that Leeds United have been after a striker since the summer window. The Whites brought in Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha to fill in the gaps as the season goes on. The duo have done their best, but there is still the feeling that neither provides what it takes to propel the team in front of goal. Though Calvert-Lewin and Nmecha have scored a lot of goals for the team, but they will need to be upgraded.

Leeds United will reportedly be back in for AZ striker Troy Parrott this summer. The Ireland international has been a hot commodity over the past year due to his goalscoring record. He is attracting massive interest across Europe, with many English clubs keeping an eye on him. Per SportsBoom, Leeds and West Ham are the leading contenders, with the Dutch club open to selling him for £15 million to £17 million.

What happens to these players this summer?

There are multiple reports of a new center forward wanted at the club this summer. Dominic Calvert-Lewin looks like the undisputed first choice in the team backed by Daniel Farke. But the other two options on the bench may be displaced if a new player comes in. With Troy Parrott heavily linked, he would come into the lineup as a starter if the transfer goes through. Lukas Nmecha will feel very hard done by considering he has stepped up anytime Calvert-Lewin has been absent. And Joel Piroe will most likely to leave the clu in the summer due to lack of playing time.
