Almost every Championship side wishes they had the attacking talent at the disposal of Leeds United manager Daniel Farke, but sadly for Leeds that is being stretched to its limits right now.
After an electric start to the match against Watford, where the attack was key, Leeds stormed 2-0 ahead of their opponents on their way to a 2-1 win. This start was underpinned by the performance of Largie Ramazani who scored after four minutes to give Farke’s side the early lead.
However, the performance stalled when he limped off shortly afterwards and again at the weekend Leeds struggled drawing 0-0 at Ashton Gate against Bristol City raising questions about the rest of Leeds’ attacking options.
But despite this it has been reported that the club could look to sell one of two strikers so that they can bolster their options with a new signing.

Leeds United to sell one of two forwards
Lots of questions are being raised about striker Patrick Bamford. He has recently been linked with a move to Premier League side Southampton in January on loan. This came after reports claimed he “wants to leave” Leeds United.
Meanwhile, questions have also been raised about the quality of Joel Piroe and whether or not he has the quality Leeds need to get them promoted.
Now, transfer expert Graeme Bailey has told Leeds United News that he could see one of the two leave the club so they can re-invest and sign another forward to fire them back to the Premier League.
He said: “It wouldn’t surprise me if Bamford moved on. Even if they got a good offer for Piroe, if they could sell one, get one in, because obviously Piroe’s doing ok, but he won’t be happy with the minutes he’s getting.
“But obviously Mateo Joseph’s doing really well. I think they’re happy with those three up front and the options they’ve got, but if there is the opportunity to move Bamford or Piroe on and it gave them the chance to bring someone else in, they may do that. They haven’t got a large enough squad to really sell.”
