Leeds United are not slowing down anytime soon. The club just confirmed their second signing of the summer, with deals already being discussed.
So far, Lukas Nmecha and Jaka Bijol have arrived at Elland Road. Nmecha joins on a free transfer, and the forward’s experience at the top flight will boost the depth of the current options. Bijol is also expected to fit in nicely with a backline that conceded just 30 goals in the Championship last season.
However, there have been reports that one first team player could be on the chopping block this summer.

Leeds United could return for Fulham striker

Sources confirmed that Leeds will be in the market for a new striker even after signing Lukas Nmecha. Talks are ongoing with Lecce over Nikola Krstovic, but the Whites have been tipped with a move to sign Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz.
“Joel Piroe and Patrick Bamford are Championship players, that’s the issue Leeds have at the moment they haven’t got many Premier League-level players.
“So they’re aiming to bring in players with that experience at the top level, and they accept they might have to pay mega money to do that.” Mick Brown said to Football Insider.
“Muniz is one of those and he’s now emerged as one of their top targets.
“Their first bid was turned down but from what I hear, that won’t be the end of it.
“If £32million wasn’t enough, I’d expect the deal eventually to go up to around £40million and then it will be up to Fulham to make a decision.
Muniz is a born goalscorer
The Fulham man has come off the bench multiple times last season and made an impact. When he starts he has even more impressive performances.

Muniz generates so many chances with his relentlessness, and his shooting ability is top class. If Leeds can convince him, they would be signing a top target.
