Leeds forward Luis Sinisterra has hinted that he will stay and help the team fight for promotion this season.

The Colombian winger joined the club for €25million from Feyenoord last summer. Even though he had an impressive campaign, scoring seven goals, most of his season was spent out of action. The 24-year old battled numerous fitness and injury issues last season – he only played 22 games. Bayer Leverkusen and AC Milan were linked with a move for the forward, but no official offer has been sent to Leeds.

When asked what his aims were for this season on Leeds’ tiktok channel, the winger said: “Get back to the Premier League.”

Sinisterra started in all four of Leeds United’s pre-season games against Manchester United, Monaco, Forest and Hearts. The forward is under contract with Leeds United till 2027.
