Major update on Leeds United transfer deal – Tottenham set to make huge profit

Leeds United

With four games to go, the race for Premier League promotion has almost been settled. Leeds United are close to reaching the English top flight after failing to do so last year.

The play-off final defeat to Southampton was a disappointing one. After the loss, that summer saw multiple departures from Elland Road. The club could not do anything to prevent Premier League clubs from poaching their players. Archie Gray, Crysencio Summerville and Georginio Rutter were just three of the names that left the club in the summer.

Leeds had to act fast in the transfer market before this season began. A host of new faces arrived at the club including Jayden Bogle, Largie Ramazani and Manor Solomon. The hope was that these additions could fire the club back to the top flight.

The Whites faced Preston in a crucial game in the race for automatic promotion. Burnley had won their game, putting the pressure on Daniel Farke’s men. However, a stellar performance from Manor Solomon was enough to seal all three points. The forward had a goal and an assists in a man of the match display.

Solomon has eight goals and nine assists in what has been an impressive campaign for the Spurs loanee. With just a few games to end the season, the questions about his future at Elland Road continues to make headlines. According to sources at Football London, the 25-year old is enjoying life in West Yorkshire and is very open to a permanent move to the club if they make the Premier League.

The forward joined Spurs on a free transfer, so any deal with Leeds will secure a generous profit for the London club.

Manor Solomon should be a priority transfer target

With Premier League promotion all but confirmed, Leeds need to keep their eye on the transfer market. What better signing will be ideal than the player who has spent the season on loan at Elland Road? The 25-year old is one of the best attackers in the Championship this season, with 17 direct goal involvements.

Solomon has been under Daniel Farke and learned the system and tactics. He is also a player of decent Premier League quality. Everything points to him being a great signing. Leeds need to move fast to get this done.
