Leeds United are continuing to push for a late deal to sign winger Harry Wilson from Fulham despite the Cottagers rejecting their loan offer. However, they won’t be signing one long-term target today.
The Whites are scrambling to bring in one attacking player for their squad on the final day of the transfer window as the club become increasingly desperate in the final hours of deadline day.
Leeds failed with an offer for Aston Villa’s Emi Buendia earlier in the day after the Midlands club decided against letting the Argentinian playmaker leave on the final day of the transfer window.
In the final hours of the window, the Whites have turned their entire focus towards signing Fulham winger Harry Wilson, with Manor Solomon expected to join a Premier League rival.

Manor Solomon has been heavily linked with a return to Leeds after he played a big role in getting them promoted to the Premier League.
However, Leeds never made a concrete offer for him, and the winger is now likely to join Crystal Palace if he leaves Spurs before the 7 PM deadline.
Palace are pushing to finalise a deal in the final hours of the transfer window, and take Solomon to Selhurst Park in time for the move to get registered.
The Israeli winger would have preferred to join Leeds, but his priority has always been to stay in the Premier League, and he has rejected other approaches.
Sheffield United and Leicester City made a move to sign him over the weekend, but Solomon is likely to play in the Premier League with Palace looking to get a deal over the line before 7 PM.
