Helder Costa has played his last match for Leeds United, Football Insider has been told.
The door is still open for the winger, 27, to return to Elland Road when his loan spell at Valencia comes to an end.
Costa, who joined United from Wolves in a £15million deal last year after an initial season on loan, has a Leeds contract that runs until 2024.
But a Leeds source has told Football Insider today that there is no expectation from senior figures at the club that Costa will wear the club jersey again in a competitive match.
Valencia have an option to convert the loan into a permanent deal at the end of the season, although they have no obligation to do so.
