England were left frustrated in Warsaw as a stoppage time equaliser left them with 2 points dropped in their World Cup Qualifier against Poland.
England were largely unimpressive throughout and offered very little in front of goal. It took a wonder goal from Harry Kane for the three lions to even get on the scoresheet.

Ever since his first callup 366 days ago, Kalvin Phillips’ position in the squad has always been questioned by opposition fans- today was no different. One fan posted an image of Kalvin on the ball captioned ‘Mr Sideways, Michael Carrick Part 2’ whilst another said “Phillips is awful…why he’s in the team I don’t know, screams average.”

The England player of the year had to tread carefully due to a dubious decision to give him a yellow card 7 minutes in. Despite that, Kalvin put in a solid performance, and almost came away with all 3 points on a night where England ultimately got what they deserved.
