Leeds United know they do not have a lot of time between now and the start of next season. There are around 80 days till the Premier League kicks off in August.
One thing clubs know is that getting your transfers sorted out early is a huge boost. Waiting to completed deals around the deadline is not great for preparation. Players need to have a feel of the team, and a full pre season to adapt. Leeds will hope not to have a summer like last year, where only a flurry of activity near the transfer deadline saw some urgent business done.
Daniel Farke’s side started this season with two wins out of six, as the team failed to gel properly. They clicked later on in the season, and the rest was history.

Now that almost every club in England has published their retained lists, teams know where they stand now in terms of who is still with the club. This week, Everton announced that Jack Harrison would return to Elland Road at the end of his loan deal. The decision came as quite a surprise as everyone expected the Toffees to sign the winger this summer.
For now, Harrison would have to return to West Yorkshire. But the latest from Liverpool Echo claims that Everton will be back for the 28-year old when the transfer window opens. David Moyes is keen on finding an option on the right wing, with Harrison fitting the bill.
Leeds are open to offers for the winger this summer.

This season, Illiman Ndiaye was the only other forward to play more minutes than the Englishman. Leeds need to be open to any offers provided for him this summer.
