Daniel Farke proved his detractors wrong and kept Leeds United comfortably in the Premier League last season, following a 14th-place finish.
The stability in the Leeds dugout over the last few years has played a major role in their success and their subsequent promotion and survival in the Premier League.
Farke will continue on the Leeds bench next season as well. However, several of their rivals are undergoing managerial churn ahead of the start of the 2026/27 campaign.
Fulham failed to convince Marco Silva to sign a new contract, and he will now manage Benfica next season. One more rival in Nottingham Forest could lose their manager this summer.
Al-Hilal are interested in Vitor Pereira
Nottingham Forest suffered real turmoil in the dugout last season. They had as many as four managers, but it was Vitor Pereira who eventually came in and kept Forest in the Premier League.
The Portuguese turned Forest into a hard side to beat, who were also scoring goals towards the end of the season. However, there are question marks over his future at the City Ground.
According to journalist Ben Jacobs, Al-Hilal are interested in appointing the Forest boss as their new manager for the upcoming season.

Simone Inzaghi could leave the Saudi Pro League side in the coming days, and the club are now reaching out to several names.
Pereira is one of the names on their shortlist, and the club soon try to hold talks with his representatives over his return to Saudi.
He has experience in managing in Saudi Arabia, where he coached Al-Ahli and Al-Shabab.
Forest want to hold on to him, and are in talks with the Portuguese coach’s camp over a contract extension. His current deal runs out at the end of next season.
Leeds have a real opportunity to finish higher next season
Farke has made it clear that he wants to see greater ambition from the board this summer. However, Paraag Marathe has stressed that securing Premier League survival remains the club’s primary objective for next season.
That said, the competitiveness of the division means Leeds have every reason to believe they can aim higher than simply avoiding trouble at the bottom end of the table.
Nottingham Forest finished just three points and two places behind Leeds last season. Still, while the Whites are expected to retain stability under Farke, Forest could be heading into the campaign with a new manager if Vitor Pereira leaves.
Fulham are also set for a change in the dugout following Marco Silva’s departure, while Crystal Palace, despite winning the Europa Conference League, ended the league season only two points and one place behind Leeds and will likewise begin the 2026/27 campaign under new leadership.
With continuity under Farke and a productive summer in the transfer market, Leeds have a genuine opportunity to build on last season’s progress and challenge for a place in the top half of the table.
