Leeds United will be visiting a familiar opponent this weekend when they face Burnley. Last season in the Championship, Daniel Farke failed in two attempts to beat Scott Parker.
Fans will be hoping the result is different this time around. Leeds have had a far better start to the season than Burnley have. The Claret have just four points and the Whites have eight points from seven games.
In the last few games, Daniel Farke’s attack has sprung into life; six goals in three games before the international break.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s introduction into the lineup has played a big part in why the attack is fluorishing. Burnley boss Scott Parker has acknowledged the threat the England striker poses ahead of the game on Saturday:
“They are a very good team, and we experienced that last year.” Parker said in Burnley’s press conference.
“They’re a top team, they have a lot of quality and good intensity about their game.
“They have a brilliant manager in Daniel Farke, who has been there for some time now, and you can see there are little changes to them.
“Dominic Calvert-Lewin is more of a focal point for them, but for the majority of it, we are going to face a similar team to the one we played against last year.
“We have been strong at home this year and last year. We are hugely competitive here, and we need to continue that. It will be vital for us in terms of being successful in the Premier League this year.”
Calvert-Lewin is a unique problem for defences
The striker has scored just one goal this season, but his ability to find space and get on the end of chances opens up a lot of opportunities for his teammates. Calvert-Lewin is also guilty of missing big chances, but his hold up play and ability to attract defenders allows players like Noah Okafor and Anton Stach get closer to goal.
Leeds fans should hope the former Everton man finds the back of the net this weekend after a two game drought.
