Two key transfers that changed the season for Leeds last season were Manor Solomon and Ao Tanaka. Solomon scored the winner to hand the Whites the league title on the final day, while Tanaka was phenomenal, being voted Players’ Player of the season.
Both players were brought in after Farke pulled some strings. Solomon returned to his parent club after the successful loan. Leeds are very interested in bringing him back, but a deal has gone quiet this summer.
This may be all about to change when the transfer window opens in the next few days. According to ESPN, Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou has deemed Manor Solomon surplus to requirements, and has told him to find a new club this summer. This could hand Leeds a huge advantage, as Spurs really considered keeping the winger.
Now, the ball is in Leeds’ court, with fans at Elland Road expecting a reunion with the man that gave them a league title.

Now that Spurs have sent him on his way, he has to find a new club. This is where Leeds come in. Daniel Farke has to push for the club to complete a move for the winger. Solomon ticks so many boxes for the club – a productive wide player with Premier League experience. Leeds need all the help they can get in attack if they hope to survive next season.
