I don’t think anyone associated with Leeds Rhinos are going to forget yesterday quickly.
The Rhinos trailed 30-6 with about a quarter of the game to go yet somehow won in golden point extra time through a superb Aidan Sezer solo try.
A great story, one that can be seen in very dramatic fashion on social media.
Let’s start with halftime, the Rhinos trailed 16-6 despite a Liam Sutcliffe try and had fans knowing they could do better especially after last week’s win over Wigan.
come on Leeds Rhinos you can do better than that

Things only got worse when Matt Prior got sent off at 30-6. It looked like game over and had fans criticising the veteran forward.
Him and Tetevano on the next plane to Aus.

Discipline under Smith seems to be much better until we’re getting a pasting, and then we compound it with Agar era tackling. I’d understand if it was a youngster, but it always seems to be the veterans who let us down.

Leeds must have own parking at discipline panel by now 🤣

Getting sick and tired of the same players getting banned

But it was a very different story when Rhyse Martin, after a hat-trick from Richie Myler and a try from Brad Dwyer, levelled matters with a penalty to send the game to golden point.

And of course, things got even wilder after Aidan Sezer’s golden try in golden point.
Wooooo hooooooo!!! Well done boys, top top effort!!!!
— John Hall (@johnhall51) July 30, 2022
Incredible!!! Just incredible!!!
What that team have just done is stupidly unbelievable
Down a man and we score 30 points.
We just wanted to give them a head start as we knew luck was on our side due to the pink kid https://t.co/61jyGwNY1G

Such a dramatic game, plenty of people were devastated that it wasn’t televised.
Okay, this definitely should have been televised. 🤦🏻♂️

But most chose to focus on the positives specifically Rohan Smith showering him in praise after another win. One person even backed Leeds to win the grand Final under him.
Absolutely outstanding.
We trust you.
We are behind you all the way. pic.twitter.com/paPrZUOMjX

As per usual Rob Oates really enjoyed the win with a great behind the scenes video.

But the biggest story of the day was the revival of the pink kit’s lucky charm in the most dramatic way.
