Leeds United were left disappointed at the final whistle on Saturday amid the jubilant Tottenham players. Spurs somehow managed to get a 2-1 win over the line in a game that they were completely dominated by the home side at Elland Road.
Daniel Farke was not mincing his words after the game, and insisted that his side, Leeds, not only deserved a point but should have won as the Whites dominated Spurs in all aspects of the game, apart from the most important metric – the scoreline.
However, Thomas Frank painted a completely different picture of the game. He doesn’t believe his side were dominated and felt that his side had control over the game, which I think no one else believed.
Frank’s words were likely more bravado, as it was clear who had the better chances and looked the better team. However, now one of his Tottenham stars has exposed the manager’s false propaganda.
Tottenham star makes ‘not easy’ Leeds United admission

The Tottenham defence came under immense pressure in the dying moments on Saturday, and it was clear that they were wary of the threat from Leeds.
The Spurs defensive unit stood strong to get the win over the line. However, it came at a cost as the Leeds players piled on the pressure towards the end.
Guglielmo Vicario, the Tottenham goalkeeper, contradicted his manager’s words and conceded that it was not an easy game against a tough opponent at Elland Road.
He wrote on Instagram: “Leeds away, never easy.. but we come back with the 3 points.
“A big shout to the travelling fans.”
The Tottenham star gave away what most of their fans and players were thinking at the end of the game, despite what Frank told reporters after the game.
