Leeds United have picked up just a point from their last three league games. However, they remain three points clear of the relegation zone.
Daniel Farke and his men have been at the receiving end of some poor officiating in the last three games, and they should have had more to show than just one point.
However, the tactics employed against Leeds, particularly by Sunderland, have also left a bitter taste in their mouths, apart from the poor refereeing calls.
LUTV commentator Bryn Law has not held back his opinion on what he thought about the kind of football Sunderland and Crystal Palace played against Leeds.
‘Awful to watch’ – Leeds insider hammers Sunderland and Crystal Palace
Sunderland had no interest in playing football against Leeds, which was evident from the amount of time they wasted at Elland Road.
Leeds were a man down against Palace for the entire second half. However, the Eagles created very little to push for a win at Selhurst Park on Sunday.
Law insisted that there was not much to like about the way Sunderland played at Elland Road, and even the Crystal Palace game was a hard game to watch.
He lambasted the tactics in both games and insisted that Sunderland and Palace were ugly and awful to watch when they played Leeds.
Law said on the Square Ball Podcast: “In the last two Premier League games in particular, there was an awful lot not to like. In the Sunderland game, there was so much going on that I just didn’t like.
“Anybody who cleared the decks as a neutral to watch Crystal Palace versus Leeds, are they still with us? I don’t think they’re still with us because it was awful.
“The Sunderland game was also awful to watch. There were none of the elements that make this the thing, the beautiful game, with that phrase. There were none of the elements there that make this the beautiful game. It looked like an ugly game.”

Leeds are still very much in the battle for survival and are just three points clear of the drop zone, with eight games left in the season.
However, it is a sign of how good Leeds have been this season as a promoted team that sides above them in the table are trying to ensure the Whites do not get to play their football.
It was clear what Sunderland wanted to do when they came ot Elland Road earlier this month, and their tactics were designed to disrupt Leeds.

Palace could not break down the Whites despite having a man’s advantage in the second half, and Leeds looked more than comfortable in the 0-0 draw at Selhurst Park.
Leeds still need a few more points to stay up, but they do not resemble a side that could end up in the bottom three at the end of the season.
