Leeds United take on Plymouth Argyle this week in what feels like a must win game.
Leeds came up short against Bristol City away at Ashton Gate drawing 0-0 with the club and losing ground in the promotion chase. Now they are five points behind Sunderland. It also saw Leeds miss the opportunity to leap ahead of Burnley into second place, which is certainly a blow.
Now they come up against a player who will not be well liked by the Leeds fans. Wayne Rooney is in charge of Plymouth at the moment and is a legend at Manchester United, a club that certainly is not liked by Leeds fans.
So, he can certainly expect a degree of abuse from the Elland Road faithful come Saturday, but it is vital that he is not allowed to have the last laugh as Leeds continue to pursue promotion back to the Premier League at the end of the season.
