According to journalist Nicolo Schira, Leeds United are in talks with AS Roma for midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo.

The midfielder has reportedly been frozen out of the first team, and is looking for a way out of Rome. Sky Sports Italy

reported that Zaniolo turned down a move to Bournemouth, leaving the player’s parent club Roma “furious”. Bournemouth representatives reportedly travelled to Rome to try and convince him to join the Cherries, but he refused, citing his desire to continue playing European football.

Leeds are reportedly trying to make an approach according to Schira:

AS Roma would reportedly demand around €30 million to let him go, with the club refusing to negotiate any loan deals before the deadline.
