Leeds United have made a decision on whether to sack Daniel Farke amid fan backlash following their defeat against Aston Villa at Elland Road on Sunday.
Farke has been under pressure at Leeds following a torrid run of form, which has seen their side lose five of their last six Premier League games and drop into the relegation zone.
Leeds needed a result against Aston Villa at home ahead of a hugely tough run of fixtures. However, Villa’s two goals in the second half consigned the Whites to another defeat at Elland Road.
The Whites fans have turned on the Leeds manager and have been piling on the pressure on the owners to sack him. And a decision is in place over Farke’s future at the club.

According to Football Insider, the 49ers have decided to back Farke for the time being and are still not prepared to bring in a new manager.
The German will be in charge of the Leeds team when they travel to the Etihad to take on Manchester City on Saturday.

Farke has had the 49ers’ support since he took charge of the club in 2023, and they decided against removing him in the summer when those suggestions were made.
While his job is not in immediate danger, the next few weeks are going to be crucial, and the owners want to see an upturn in form as soon as possible.
Farke remains in charge of the team and will face the media again on Thursday ahead of the big game against Manchester City next week.
This seems like a stay of execution as Leeds are set to face Pep Guardiola’s side before hosting Chelsea and Liverpool at home in back-to-back league games.

He failed to stop the slide at Norwich City twice, and history is likely to repeat itself at Elland Road if the 49ers do not wake up from their slumber.
