Leeds United play their first home game of the season in the Premier League this weekend. The Whites have the chance to replicate what they did in their first game at Elland Road last year.
Daniel Farke’s side have been on the road for their first two games of the season.
They beat Nottingham Forest at the City Ground in the league, and repeated the result on Tuesday night in the League Cup.
Fans will be hoping the club can continue their great start when they host Brentford on Sunday. Keith Andrews’ side have also gotten off to a fantastic start to their campaign.
Brentford have beaten Spurs 3-0 in the league, and followed that with a 6-1 win over Birmingham City in the League Cup.

Farke will have a tough task ahead of him this weekend, but there is a bit of hope as Leeds United were unbeaten against Andrews’ side last year.
The Whites will be hoping to welcome two players back into the first team fold. Daniel Farke confirmed that Willy Gnonto and Gabriel Gudmundsson would train on Friday to assess their readiness for the game.
However, one player that will not feature against Brentford is Ilia Gruev.
Farke confirmed that the midfielder is just not ready yet to be involved in first team football, and that the club is in no rush to risk him.
”Second week but he has missed four months without a game so I have to make a decision.”
”Looks good on training pitch. Normally, you would give him minutes in U21s but he’s an experienced player and if I need him In could call on him.”
”But we’re in a position where we don’t need to rush.”

Very surprising that Leeds did not pursue a midfielder in this window
Looking at the start of the window, some fans will be surprised that Leeds have not signed a midfielder.
At the end of last season, there were rumours that the club could move a few players in midfield. It was also part of the plan as the likes of Shea Charles and Julian Brandt were pursued.
Leeds failed in their bid to sign Charles, who ended up at Fulham and Brandt joined Ajax.
There has been no news of a possible move for a midfielder, pointing to the fact that the club are okay with their current options.
